- Minimum 10 years of experience in event management, marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams to deliver successful events and campaigns.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- In-depth knowledge of the events and campaigns industry and emerging trends.
- Strong financial management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Tanggungjawab
- Develop and implement event and campaign strategies to meet divisional goals and objectives.
- Manage and lead the event management, mall decoration, expo, and resources connect teams to ensure seamless execution of events and campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure the success of events and campaigns.
- Ensure all events and campaigns are within budget and meet established timelines.
- Develop and maintain campaign calendars and schedules to ensure timely execution of events and campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the events and campaigns industry.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative concepts and ideas for events and campaigns.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal performance of the teams.
- Develop and manage annual budgets for the division to meet revenue and profit targets.
- Ensure all events and campaigns meet legal, health, and safety regulations.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on campaign performance and progress.
- Mentor and develop team members to ensure their professional growth and development.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the division.
