- Help the manager monitor the overall operation of the Pitt’s Station restaurant on a daily basis
- Helps solve all problem that’s arise in the entire operation of the restaurant at all times
- Solving related external affairs such as bank affairs, sending documents and sales money, registration at relevant agencies and others on behalf of the company
