- Posses at least Diploma in related field and equivalent
- At least 1 year experience in recruitment
- Posses own transportation
- Able to travel
- Result-oriented and sales-oriented
- Knowledgable in corporate sales.

- Dress code requirement is strictly follow corporate attire
Tanggungjawab
- Negotiating contracts.
- Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies.
- Drawing up short-lists.
- Organising interviews and selection events.
- Making arrangements for the advertisement of vacancies.
- Helping applicants to prepare for interviews.
- Client visit when necessary.
- Provide HR consulting to client and candidates.
- Participate in career fair when necessary.
