- Well-featured face;
- Pursuing Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, HR, Marketing, International Business, Secretarial, or equivalent.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees and customers of different levels;
- Ability to coordinate and consider different factors to develop effective plans and strategies;
- Proficiency in document review and verification, involving the review and composition of business documents, contracts, and agreements;
- Basic knowledge of financial, budgets, and accounting principles;
- Proficiency in using office software and other office tools.
Tanggungjawab
- Provide administrative and organizational support to senior management;
- Assist the company's business operation and strategic planning;
- Conduct market research and analyze data to support business decision-making;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients;
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and other business events;
- Coordinate and ensure completion of tasks on schedule;
- Assist in document review and verification, such as reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance and accuracy;
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
