Position: Solutions Architect
Location: Petaling Jaya
- Degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with complex change management in technological context
- Proven experience in and networking in a technical capacity either in presales or a solutions architect in a customer-facing role.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of the pre-sales function and proven success in a technical role.
- Experience in networking, switching background and protocols and policies would be highly regarded especially with Cisco.
- Possessing CCNA/CCNP certification will be a key advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build strong relationships quickly and effectively both over the phone and face to face.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
Technical Skills required:
- Advanced MS Office, presentation and facilitation skills.
- Good knowledge of solutions design and implementation.
- Enterprise Network and Wireless Design and Implementation
- SD-WAN design and Implementation.
- Cross architecture solutions concept in Enterprise Network, Collaboration, Security and Data Center.
- Possessing Network Security Design and Implementation Knowledge.
- Video and Voice conferencing Infrastructure experience will be added advantage.
Tanggungjawab
- Reports to the business unit, and will act as the technical expert working with channel partners to support the validation and creation of solutions that meet end-customer needs, across Malaysia.
- This particular Solutions Architect will be the subject matter expect for the Cisco portfolio for the company.
- The Solutions Architects will be reseller AND end user facing conducing proof of concepts and demos of Cisco solutions.
- Provide pre-sales technical support on technologies to channel partners and internal resources – pricing, solutions validation, deal assistance
- To work with nominated channel partners to identify and qualify vendor opportunities and facilitate knowledge transfer to the channel partner and end user, leading to sales of these and other vendor solutions. This will require expertise in conducting white board sessions to partners.
- Work in conjunction with other internal technical and sales resources to promote complete solutions where appropriate. Actively seek to partner technologies with other vendors.
- Support Account Managers in the achievement of set revenue and GP budgets in line with company directives and objectives.
- Work with Sales and Products teams to align vendor objectives with the company.
- KPIs: 30%: End user or partners visits to promote the technology and solutions Work with vendor to promote sales play (business outcome selling) to our business partners; 20%: Contribution to marketing campaign execution as the product evangelist, be passionate to convince the partners or end users to use the solutions; 10%: Development of capabilities in software defined data network, collaboration and security, self-study, upgrade and keep pace with the change in technology.
- The Solutions Architect role is a critical touch point within the Technical Team regarding partner enablement, opportunity qualification, training and quoting. The role will require a high level of professionalism and the ability to juggle multiple tasks whilst ensuring a consistent level of support to our partners and internally (whilst also travelling interstate).
- The position demands a high-level knowledge of emerging application development and related technologies, products, procedures and the vendor tools and processes. As the technology is changing from architecture focus to solution based, this role should be able to adapt and pick up cross architecture knowledge and lead in the solutions selling and technical tender clarification
Manfaat
REMUNERATION PACKAGES:
- Basic: RM 8,000 to RM 11,000, depending on experience
- EPF, SOCSO, EIS
