Kelayakan
- Candidate must at least have a SPM certificate
- Candidates with higher qualifications (Diploma/Degree) will be looked upon preferably and considered for higher level positions
- Preferable to have at least 1 year of work experience
- Able to converse, read and write in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English (Basic) to communicate with customers and company personnel
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word/Microsoft Excel/Email)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to develop good customer service and working relationships with customers and colleagues
- Knowledge or experience within the gold, diamond or jewellery industry will be an added advantage
Tanggungjawab
- Data entry of customer and operations information into the company software system
- Value customer jewellery
- Communicate with customer and company personnel through email/telephone/online communications to ensure operations are smoothly run
- Support branch operational procedures
