Kelayakan
- Candidate must at least have a SPM certificate
- Candidates with higher qualifications (Diploma/Degree) will be looked upon preferably
- Able to converse, read and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia to communicate with customers and company personnel
- Able to converse in Mandarin to communicate with customers and company personnel
- Ability to read and write in Mandarin will be an added advantage to communicate with customers and company personnel
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Word/Microsoft Excel/Email)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge or experience within the gold, diamond or jewellery industry will be an added advantage
- Experience in managing teams
Tanggungjawab
- Data entry of customer and operational information into the company software system
- Value and safekeep customer jewellery
- Ensure all branch operational procedures are followed
- Ensure that all aspects (physical assets, computers, software, etc.) of the branch are operating smoothly
- Liaise with government departments, vendors and other parties as required
- Manage daily team operations
