Kelayakan
- Bachelor Degree in information technology related field of study with a network engineering focus.
- Ability speak in Mandarin and English.
- Strong knowledge with routing protocols (Static, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).
- Strong knowledge with the switch function (VLAN, spanning tree).
- Having experience with Cisco and Juniper device is an advantage.
- Working experience with ISP would be added advantage.
- Candidate with CCNP is preferred.
- Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Dependable and flexible when necessary.
- Require to work in 24x7 shift pattern.
Tanggungjawab
- Configure and install various IP network devices and services, mainly routers and switches.
- Provide Level-2 support and troubleshooting to resolve complex network issues
- Liaise with vendors for network device related issue.
- Conduct testing with customer and provider to isolate the issue.
- Regular update of the changes of the network into documents.
