Summary of Principal Job Responsibilities:

• The candidate needs to handle full set of accounts and perform month end closing in a timely manner. Prepare bank reconciliation and monitor daily bank balances. Prepare monthly management reports and other accounts related matters. Assist in audit and tax preparation.

Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Manage and prepare the property development division’s companies and projects accounting system and controls to enable cost accounting and reporting for analysis and budgeting purpose.
• Ensure financial records and reports are maintain and compliance with statutory requirements including audit, taxation and internal control.
• Assist in preparation of Business Plan and Tax Schedules.
• Liaising with tax agent, auditors, company secretary, bankers, lawyers, and government authorities on related job matter.
• Undertake special assignment, ad-hoc function and related duties as and when necessary.
