Kelayakan
- At least 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a busy restaurant environment
- Strong culinary skills and a passion for cooking
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred

Tanggungjawab
- Assist the Head Chef with menu planning, recipe development, and food preparation
- Train and manage kitchen staff, ensuring that they follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Supervise kitchen operations during meal periods to ensure timely and efficient service
- Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain proper levels of food and equipment
- Ensure that food quality and presentation meet our high standards
- Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment to ensure IT is in good working order
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new menu items and specials
- Assist with special events and catering as needed
