Kelayakan
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in food industry
- Good knowledge about industry products & processes
Tanggungjawab
- To assist on internal and external audits.
- Identifying the departmental training needs and conduct on job training.
- Ensure products meet customer expectations and demand
- Maintain standards for reliability and performance of production
- Perform QA tasks that include checking, verifying and ensuring the products are aligned with the food regulations and food safety of Malaysia and also to exporting countries
- To assist in solving customer complaints and control of products and processes nonconformities
- Monitor the SOP in production and packaging area to ensure it was implemented accordingly
- Assist QA & Halal Executive on records control and documentation
- Other responsibility and authorities to be assigned by superior from time to time
