- At least 3 years of experience as a Mixologist in a high-volume establishment
- Deep knowledge of spirits, wine, and ingredients
- Excellent creativity and the ability to develop new and unique cocktails
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of mixology techniques, tools, and equipment
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Tanggungjawab
- Create and execute innovative and visually stunning cocktails that exceed our guests' expectations
- Develop new cocktail menus in collaboration with the bar team
- Train and educate staff on the art of mixology and proper bartending techniques
- Ensure that the bar is stocked with all necessary supplies and ingredients
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Work closely with the kitchen team to develop cocktail and food pairings
- Collaborate with the management team to develop promotional and marketing events to drive business
- Continuously research and keep up to date with new trends and techniques in mixology
