Kelayakan
Qualifications and Experiences:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Have at least 3 years of hands-on experience as a HR Generalist covering the full HR functions.
Competencies (Skills and Abilities):
- Good knowledge of employment/labour laws.
- Intermediate in Microsoft office.
- Detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Problem-solving, teamwork and attention to details.
- work location : Permas Jaya , Johor
Tanggungjawab
- Main responsibility for involvement in the HR day-to-day operations and activities which include but are not limited to assisting in establishing HR policies and regulatory compliance, payroll, recruitment, training and development, performance management, employee compensation and benefits & etc.
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Head of HR whenever required.
