Kelayakan
- Minimum SPM or Working experience in sales department will be an advantage
- Good command in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Tanggungjawab
- To work within the guidelines of the company’s code of conduct for administrative and sales staff.
- To co-ordinate with sales personnel for the customer’s follow-up.
- To co-ordinate sales with customers, both local and overseas.
- To co-ordinate inter-company, inter-branch and inter-departmental requirements on sales and product range.
- To control customer purchase orders to that of delivery date and co-ordinate deliveries.
- To co-ordinate with overseas principals on Divisions requirements.
- To update and maintain product range listing (PRL) and distribution to relevant departments.
- Co-ordination of export and logistics both domestic and overseas when required.
- Maintenance of proper records and updates of official duties.
- To control the issuance of samples for the product.
- Any other instructions that may be extended to you from the top management office from time to time, provided that such instructions may fall within the category of your employment and job title.
