Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/ Professional Degree in Corporate Administration/ Management/partial or full qualification of ICSA equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as on jobs training will be provided.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and Secretarial software would be an added advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Hardworking, responsible and willing to learn.
- Good written and verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills. Mandarin communication skill is an added advantage.
- Remuneration will be based on qualifications and relevant work experience.
Tanggungjawab
- To assist on secretarial duties and administrative task
- To prepare resolution and meeting minutes
- To prepare and ensure proper and timely filing of the statutory forms/ returns to the Companies Commission Of Malaysia (SSM) and other authorities
- To maintain and updating statutory records, register book and files compliance with Companies Act, 2016
- To liaise with clients and relevant authorities
- To perform other ad-hoc clerical duties as and when required
