Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management/ Marketing or equivalent field of studies;
- Must be able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English, Able to Write in English; Multilingual speaker will be having more competitiveness.
- Good in Microsoft Office Software;
- Able to work independently and under pressure, good in team spirit, strong interpersonal skills and good adaptability;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Experienced in relevant field is an added advantage.
Tanggungjawab
- Helping with sales-related problems, enter new orders, track orders;
- Issuing Delivery orders and Invoices, Maintaining Sales Records;
- Generating Sales Orders
- Provide accurate and timely quotation to customers
- Following up the production progress and arrange outbound shipment;
- Following up outbound shipment progress and providing status updates to customers;
- Customer development;
- Be observant;
- Input the order into internal ERP system, following up closely the production progress and providing timely feedback to salesperson;
- Liaise with Finance department for orders related issue.
- Require close cross functional interaction with Marketing, Logistic and Finance Department, to ensure customers' needs are met;
- Perform any Ad-Hoc duties assigned from time to time
