Kelayakan
- STPM or Diploma or Degree holder may apply.
- At least 3 years of experience in similar role.
- Well-versed in Microsoft Excel & SAP System
- Able to start work ASAP
Tanggungjawab
- Process sales order and goods procurements with accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor and follow up incoming stocks status and identify if any shortage
- Liaise with clients and warehouse to arrange export goods delivery for direct sales
- To arrange courier services for urgent deliveries
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- To prepare proforma invoices to customers for cash payments
- Liaise with account department to check customer advance payment status
- Control stocks level of all clients to prevent overstocking or shortage
- To check and tally the accuracy of warehouse inventory upon month end
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Control documents filing system and assist on new joiner onboarding and training
- Other ad hoc tasks like manage office supplies, etc
