Kelayakan
- Have at least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Able speak in Mandarin and English
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
- A meticulous, detailed, a team player and good in communication skills
- Spoken in Mandarin will be advantageous
- Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Bukit Maluri, Kepong
Tanggungjawab
- Handle in full spectrum of HR
- Operational activities including compensation and benefit administration, performance management, staff engagement and relation, etc
- Responsible for end to end recruitment activities of the company, e.g job description finalization, coordinating hiring request from department manager, exploring new or more platforms for hiring/attracting talents
- Provide guidance, advices and direction to HR or company’s employees on any HR related matters
- Handle resignation, transfer, promotion and confirmation of hire
- Liaise with JTK, EPF, SOCSO & HRDF department
- Assist in refining & execute employee standards & procedures, using and improving HR existing systems & processes
- Manage and maintain HR documents and records in a systematic order
- Assist in purchasing groceries, stationeries and etc
- To handle any ad-hoc task as assigned by management from time to time
