Kelayakan
- Have at least two years of work experience in public relations or a related field.
- Ability to speak in Mandarin and English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work well under pressure and manage sensitive or controversial subjects with tact, kindness, and professionalism.
- Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, English, fundraising, journalism, or similar.
- Courses in advertising, business administration, public affairs, public speaking, and creative and technical writing can also be helpful.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related writing and presentation software.
Tanggungjawab
Manager :
- Build and maintain relationships with members of the community, key individuals, and other organizations
- Monitor the statistics about community member activities and create relevant campaign for the members
- Act as a mentor to junior community relations staff to assist their professional development and ensure they are aligned with strategic initiatives
Executive :
- Organize community outreach programs and coordinate special events that promote products, services, or ideas of the company
- Draft and distribute various communications, especially via social media, to promote equity crowdfunding to the investor community and the public
- Attend relevant events and activities to build strong relationships with key community members
- Respond to inquiries from community members and other interested parties
- Plan, coordinate, and execute public press conferences, working with third party PR agencies when necessary
