Kelayakan
- Required minimum 3 years working experience as interior designer/architect.
- Able to prepare 2D drawings, furniture layout and 3D visuals with 3D Max or other softwares.
- Posses a diploma/degree or certificate for interior design or architecture.
- Experience in drawing landed properties and commercial is preferred.
- Experienced to do sales is preferred.
- Posses own transport & valid driving license.
- Wiling to work on Saturday (2-4 hours) to meet client.
- Passion in work, open minded, wiling to learn & can work independently & as a team.
Tanggungjawab
- Site visit with client, take measurements, dealing with clients on propose concept, material selection.
- Preparation of drawings - all 2D and 3D drawings.
- Preparation of concept proposals.
- Communicate with client, assist sales team on quotation preparation, variation orders.
- Coordinate with site supervisor on drawing matters.
- Work Monday to Friday 9 - 6pm.
- Need to standby to work on Saturday for meeting with clients.
- Home based and travelling to site for meetings.
Manfaat
