Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Able communicate in Mandarin and English
- At least 1 to 2 years working experience in related field.
- Computer literate in Microsoft office applications.
- Good analytical skill, problem solving & highly dedicated to complete job task with accuracy & reliability.
Tanggungjawab
- Prepare full set of accounts incorporating relevant financial schedules for timely submission to Group Finance (including prepare financial analysis to Management).
- Responsible for daily accounting duties and ensuring accounting records and systems comply with the Company’s policies, and related statutory and tax requirements.
- Monitoring related company transactions and ensure reconciling items are followed up properly.
- Ensure that the banks and collections are reconciliation in timely manner.
- Verifying employees' expenses claims and prepare payment.
- Ensure documents from vendors are accurate and sufficient.
- Paying vendors by scheduling payment and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance.
- Liaise and work closely with the tax agents, auditors, bankers, company secretary, government departments, partners and suppliers.
- Oversee and coordinate all tax matters including ensure correctness and timely submission and payment made to IRB.
- Monitoring general office administration works.
