Kelayakan
- Prefer minimum 1 year of experience in sales related experience or customer service.
- Good communication skills
- Familiar with RM systems and practices
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Tanggungjawab
- Generate Sales Leads.
- Sell Products And Services.
- Utilize Computer Technology To Handle High Call Volumes.
- Work With Customer Service Manager To Ensure Proper.
- customer service is being delivered.
- Identify And Assess Customers Needs To Achieve satisfaction.
- Compile Reports Overall Customer Satisfaction.
- Handle Changes In Policies Or Renewals.
- Resolve Customer Complaints Via Phone, text, email, mailer social media.
