Kelayakan
E-Commerce Admin We are looking for an Ambitious and Passionate e-commerce Admin to join our team. We are an extension admin office dealing in E-Commerce sales locally and internationally, via our websites and marketplace platforms.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficient in computer skills (MS Office - MS Word and MS Excel)
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma qualification.
- Required language: Mandarin, English
- Full-time
- Working day: 5.5days per week
Tanggungjawab
- Provide support to the e-commerce team across all online channels which include e-platforms & multi-channels e-market (LAZADA, SHOPPE)
- Provide administrative support to the Manager in various projects
- Work together with the E-commerce team in Fulfilment duties
- Manage and moderate Social Media accounts
- Assist in other administrative work
- File, organized and maintain all documents in proper manner
- Produce invoice, payment voucher and all other required paperwork for business operations Requirements:
- Able to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
- Organized, hardworking and with a keen eye for details
