We are seeking an experienced Account and Admin Assistant to join our team. As an Account and Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our accounting and administrative functions, and providing support to our team.
At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
At least diploma in account
Manage and maintain accurate accounting records, including processing invoices, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Liaise with vendors and suppliers, and ensure timely payment of invoices.
Handle petty cash, expense claims, and reimbursements.
Manage and maintain the HR and personnel files of the company.
Provide general administrative support to the team, including handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
Attractive commission + Basic salary.
Salary: RM 2,000 – RM2,500 (depends on Experience)
Allowance(s): Petrol Allowance, Incentive/ Commission (depending on workability)
5 days work only, 10.00 am - 7.00 pm (Tuesday to Saturday)
