Kelayakan
We are seeking an experienced Account and Admin Assistant to join our team. As an Account and Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our accounting and administrative functions, and providing support to our team.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- At least diploma in account
Tanggungjawab
- Manage and maintain accurate accounting records, including processing invoices, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers, and ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Handle petty cash, expense claims, and reimbursements.
- Manage and maintain the HR and personnel files of the company.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
Manfaat
- Attractive commission + Basic salary.
- Salary: RM 2,000 – RM2,500 (depends on Experience)
- Allowance(s): Petrol Allowance, Incentive/ Commission (depending on workability)
- 5 days work only, 10.00 am - 7.00 pm (Tuesday to Saturday)
