Senior HR Executive / Assistant HR Manager 人力资源部 (5 Days Work)
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Professional Degree / Master's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required.
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work in a challenging and fast paced working environment.
- Good at prioritizing, results driven and able to work well under tight deadlines.
- Highly committed and motivated to perform.
- Strong understanding with government acts, rules and regulations, processes, and applications.
- Must be a team player, highly motivated and committed with strong interpersonal.
- Able to start work immediately will be advantage.
Tanggungjawab
- To lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions.
- To take charge of employee relations, performance & disciplinary issues as well as strategic HR support.
- Implement HR policies & procedures, provide advice to line management on HR policies and procedures to ensure Employment Act & other statutory compliance.
- HR functions including manpower planning, staffing, compensation & benefit, employee relations, training & development, performance management.
- Monthly payroll checking.
- Ad-hoc assignment or duties as and when assigned by superior.
