Kelayakan
- Possess Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, professional qualification or equivalent with CGPA of 3.0 and above.
- Minimum 4 years working experience under accounting field.
- Good knowledge in SQL Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel.
- Proficient in accounting entry.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Able to meet the deadlines for every task given.
- Good communication skills.
- Detailed and responsible.
Tanggungjawab
- Ensure compliance with Income Tax, SST, Accounting & Audit, Payroll & Employer works, Other Compliance (as required)
- Accounting for Bos Alliance Sdn Bhd using SQL Accounting software
- Ongoing maintenance of cash book in Excel
- Proper issuing of accounting document (sales invoices, payment vouchers, etc) and proper filing of accounting documents
- Maintenance of records & documents for year end audit & tax purposes
- Preparation of monthly payroll
- Monitoring and implementation on Witholding Tax for Agent Commission / Borang CP 58
- Participating in management discussion and assisting in implementation works in operation & financial matters
- Developing SOP in accounting and financial matters
- Other related task as required
