Kelayakan
- Minimum qualification in SPM / A-Level / STPM / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree or a related field is preferred.
- Additional training in customer service or financial services would be beneficial
- Strong customer service skills, with a proven ability to handle customer inquiries and issues in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
- Ability to evaluate customers' situations, analyze information accurately, and provide appropriate solutions.
- High level of empathy and patience, with a commitment to providing exceptional service to every customer.
- Should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of, and commitment to, maintaining compliance with all relevant banking and privacy regulations.
Tanggungjawab
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding their eligibility for housing loans in a timely and professional manner.
- Evaluate and analyze customer's financial information and circumstances to determine their eligibility for housing loans.
- Clearly explain the process for applying for a housing loan, including any necessary documentation, timelines, and what to expect.
- Update and maintain customer records in the RM system, ensuring all interactions are logged and information is accurate.
- Continuously update knowledge on all housing loan products to provide accurate information to customers.
- Ensure all interactions and transactions comply with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Provide feedback on common customer issues to management and contribute to the development of strategies to improve customer service.
