Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level in any field.
- At least 2 years of related experience will be an advantage
- Strong computer literacy skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision
- Self-motivated
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
Tanggungjawab
- To perform daily accounting operations, data entry, account payable and updating accounting records on timely basis.
- Performing basic office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, processing mail and filing.
- Follow up customer overdue payment.
- To assist with preparation of year end schedules and liaise with auditors when required.
- Assist in any other office administration or related task assigned by Superior.
- Liaise and coordinate with other departments on matters relating to operations, administration, Human Resources matters
