Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Human Development or related field.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications e.i Word, Excel, Power Point;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Enthusiastic and energetic;
- Language Skills: English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (is an added advantage)
- Minimum 3 months internship; 6 months would be an added advantage
- Good attitude and willing to learn
- Preferably immediate starter
- Training will be provided
- Must be able to start immediately
- Applicant willing to work at KL Eco City
Tanggungjawab
- Undertake defined tasks and activities to implement HR processes and policies.
- Support administration focusing on addressing immediate HR tasks/ interactions/ issues to set standards and instructions.
- Understand and work to key HR concepts, processes, methods and tools.
- Recognize recurring issues and trends related to HR processes and address the same as per guidelines, else escalate for resolution.
- Gather and enter relevant data to provide effective administrative support.
- Attend to general employee’s enquiry, escalate if needed.
- Support senior colleagues on day-to-day HR operations.
- Perform data maintenance, p-file management and other records keeping or reporting.Support C&B related processes.
