Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate in any field.
- Have at least 2 year of working experience in the related filed is required for the position
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel
- Good initiative , meticulous , follow up skills , well organized and able to work independently
- Excellent in managing documentation and paper work
- Office Will Be Based at Banting /Semenyih.
- *Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients
Tanggungjawab
Job Responsibilities
- Attend customer phone calls related to product and order enquiries
- Prepare and submit quotations to customers
- Prepare purchase orders, track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Prepare reports for timely submission
- Handle purchasing and sales order processing
- Assist in inspecting all incoming and outgoing stock
- Monitor outstanding payments from debtors and follow up through email & phone calls for timely payment
- Support sales / technical team in general operations , managing schedules, data entry and filing
- Liaise with customers on sales orders, stock availability and delivery overdue payments and collections
- Other ad-hoc and general duties as assigned
