Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
- Familiar with any office software, strong communication and coordination skills.
- Communicate effectively in Mandarin & English, both spoken and written.
- Able to work independently and interact effectively with all parties.
- Having basic accounting knowledge is an added advantage.
Tanggungjawab
- Provide day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to Director.
- To handle corporate and personal matters for Managing Director.
- To ensure all given tasks are being handled professionally and complete in time.
- Follow up on all the Director's matters on effectively.
- To undertake special assignment, ad-hoc functions and related duties as specified by the Director or management.
