- Experience managing E-Commerce channels
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills

- Demonstrate ability to work independently and in teams at all

Tanggungjawab
- Plans and assists in the merchandising and promotion campaigns for online channel
- Manage stock fulfilment rate with e-retailers and clients
- Assist in developing business plan and marketing and operational plan
- Ensure sales target achievement - Build brand together with clients
- Monitor and evaluate outcome of implementation
- Monitor sales performance vs approved A&P budget
- Execute trade claims recovery from clients within the contractual terms and responsible for A&P
- Accurate price maintenance in accordance to contractual terms
- Minimize unnecessary cost & risk which impact P&L
- Regularly analyze trade returns and develop action plans to drive down returns or errors in delivery
- Assist in financial reconciliation supervision (accounts receivable and accounts payable) Business reviews and Post sales reporting.
- Communicate / interact the online business plan to all operational departments and business units
- Assist in expansion of E-Commerce business opportunities in mobile/ social commerce and cross-border trade
- Any other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned by the
superior
