• Creativity to transform complex messages into easy-to-understand and eye-catching designs.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of marketing principles and consumer behavior to design effective displays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Proficiency in design software and tools for creating and constructing displays.
• Leadership abilities to manage the VM team and optimize resources.
• Negotiation skills to achieve cost-effective VM execution with suppliers.
• Willingness to travel: 100% (Preferred)
