Be a Brand Manager at Puzzle Planet

- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience in marketing or brand management will be a bonus.
- Understanding of market research techniques and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their use in brand promotion.
- A creative and strategic mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Familiarity with branding guidelines and the ability to ensure brand consistency.
- Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both spoken and written).
- Knowledge of Mandarin is highly desirable.
- Willingness to Travel: 100% (Preferred)
Tanggungjawab
As a Brand Manager, you will have the opportunity to conduct market research monitor trends, and develop and execute marketing strategies that promote our high-quality jigsaw puzzles and games.
With a focus on brand consistency and an eye for exceptional design, you will analyze sales data and marketing metrics to make data-driven decisions about our products and services.
By building and maintaining relationships with suppliers distributors and retailers you will continue to drive Puzzle Planet's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting market research to identify consumer needs, preferences, and trends.
- Assisting in the development of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the brand and increase sales.
- Coordinating with suppliers and managing the sourcing and procurement of materials and products necessary for the brand.
- Analyzing sales data and marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Coordinating with internal teams such as product development, sales, and design to ensure brand guidelines are followed across all marketing materials.
- Managing budgets for marketing campaigns and activities.
- Creating and managing social media content and campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Coordinating with external agencies such as advertising, public relations, and media agencies to execute marketing campaigns.
- Participating in the development and execution of events and promotions to promote the brand.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats to the brand.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and retailers to ensure the brand is properly represented and to maintain a consistent supply chain.
- Assisting in the development of new products and services that align with the brand's strategy and values.
