Kelayakan
- Minimum Diploma or A-Level (equivalent).
- Min 1 year working experience in customer service
- Strong customer service and support experience
- Strong communication skills with internal and external customers
- Knowledge of computers is required
- Able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
Tanggungjawab
- Responsible to follow up and retain current customer
- Responsible to handle & organize records of customer complaint, liase with all the concerned department heads and feedback to customer
- Responsible to generate report
- Responsible to generate customer survey and forecast
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated department for further investigation
- Follow up to ensure the appropriate actions were taken on customer request.
- To undertake relevant tasks assigned by the superior from time to time
