Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in accounting, audit or similar role with exposure preferably in financial industry or equivalent. However, Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Possess a strong grasp of accounting knowledge and familiarity with accounting procedures.
- Basic knowledge / experience in tax as an added advantage.
- Possess the ability to work independently with minimum supervision & under pressure within tight deadlines.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is a must.
- Proactive, meticulous, has a good sense of responsibility, and attention to details.
- Required language(s): English & Mandarin
Tanggungjawab
- Handle full set of accounts and other reporting for subsidiaries.
- Assist in preparation of monthly consolidation of group reporting / financial statements of subsidiaries.
- Assist with tax audits (if any) and tax filing.
- Support external and internal audit requirements and facilitate both audit preparation and completion for subsidiaries.
- Process staff expenses claims, payments and invoicing/billings.
- Monitor and manage cash flow consistently.
- Liaise with Company secretary, Auditor, Tax agent & banker for all the relevant matters.
- Liaise with other departments on financial and accounting matters.
- Support CEO/CFO and Finance Manager in various ad-hoc tasks, reporting, analysis & etc.
