Tanggungjawab
The Admin and Finance Executive will be responsible for general administrative work and maintenance, as well as completing work under the direction of the superior. The Admin and Finance Executive primary responsibility is to prepare the corporate insurance policy management and inquiry from client and ensuring all necessary document is ready upon client request. Other duties and responsibilities include:
- Update and maintain client’s policy records
- Assist the marketing team with quotation and execution procedures
- Schedule client appointments
- Maintain client relationship
