Kelayakan
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science /Science/ Business, Marketing or related field required.
- Minimum 1 years of commercial experiences in food ingredient or food service industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Independent, self-motivated, and determined to succeed in a
challenging environment.
Tanggungjawab
- Responsible for sales performance, meeting sales targets and market share expansion.
- Accountable for business development to meet targets and objectives set by company.
- Input sales planning & order for management.
- Explore new channels and market opportunity.
- Maintain good relationships with customers.
- Handling customer complaints and inquiries.
- Territory coverage to ensure our product is introduced to the market effectively.
- Work closely with internal teams (technical, R&D, supply chain, etc) to ensure timely delivery of products and services that meet customer requirements.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by
the superior from time to time.
