Kelayakan
- Possess Diploma or Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or relevant field.
- Have at least one year of experience as a recruitment assistant or a related role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
Tanggungjawab
- Perform day to day Human Resources operations matter and provide administrative support of Human Resources Department.
- Responsible for monitoring, updating and administrating employee attendance and leave records.
- Assist in recruitment and on-boarding activities.
- Issuance of relevant items to new employees upon commencement of work and clearance of company property upon termination of services.
- Attend to any enquiries or issues from the staff related to Human Resources.
- Assist in coordinating and organizing trainings, workshops, seminars.
- Maintain and administer insurance matter related to Human Resources.
- Support in organizing corporate events such as company’s annual dinner, company trip, sport game, team building event, etc.
- Communicate with internal and external parties on matters related to Human Resources administration activities.
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
- Provides clerical support to the Human Resources department when needed.
- Performs other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
