Kelayakan
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR compliance, policy development and employee relations.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to analyze complex information and provide practical recommendations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
- Proficient in using HRIS and other HR-related software tools.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., HR Compliance Professional, Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional) are a plus.
Tanggungjawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive HR policies and procedures that comply with applicable laws and regulations, industry standards, and internal requirements.
- Conduct thorough investigations of employee complaints, ensuring compliance with legal and internal guidelines.
- Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations and assess their impact on HR practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of policies, procedures, investigations, and related documentation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as legal and finance departments, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct training sessions or workshops for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and compliance matters.
