Kelayakan
- Post-secondary degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
- At least 1 year relevant work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel
- Required languages: Mandarin, English, Malaysia
- Familiar with accounting system is preferred
- Independent, analytical and have a positive working attitude
- Good team player, proactive, good communication and interpersonal skills.
Tanggungjawab
- Responsible for handling overall accounts.
- Responsible for executing and reviewing monthly payroll tasks.
- Perform data entry on vendor invoices and daily receipts.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing.
- Respond to email/telephone inquiries regarding payment and collection matters.
- Responsible for month-end/year-end closing.
- Communicate and liaise with auditors, company secretaries, clients and government agencies.
- Ensure monthly, quarterly or annual accounting reports are completed on time.
- Handle sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.
- Do some administrative work.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as may be assigned from time to time.
