Job Summary: We Are Seeking A Detail-Oriented And Highly Organized Accountant Assistant To Join Our Finance Team. As An Accountant Assistant, You Will Provide Crucial Support To Our Accounting Department, Ensuring Accurate And Timely Financial Transactions And Record-Keeping. Your Strong Analytical Skills, Attention To Detail, And Ability To Work With Numbers Will Contribute To Maintaining The Financial Integrity Of Our Company.
- Possess Bachelor’s Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field. Equivalent Work Experience Will Also Be Considered.
- Proven Experience As An Accountant Assistant Or In A Similar Role Is Preferred.
- Able speak in English and Mandarin.
- Strong Knowledge Of Accounting Principles And Practices.
- Proficiency In Accounting Software And Microsoft Office, Particularly Excel.
- Excellent Attention To Detail And Accuracy In Work.
- Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
- Excellent Organizational And Time Management Skills.
- Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team, With A High Level Of Self-Motivation And Initiative.
- Effective Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
- Ability To Handle Confidential And Sensitive Information With Professionalism And Discretion.
- Knowledge Of Relevant Regulations, Laws, And Ethical Standards In Accounting.
- Familiarity With Financial Systems And ERP Software Is A Plus.
Tanggungjawab
- Assist In The Preparation And Maintenance Of Financial Records, Including Invoices, Expense Reports, And Bank Reconciliations.
- Support Accounts Payable And Accounts Receivable Processes, Ensuring Accurate And Timely Processing Of Invoices And Payments.
- Reconcile Financial Discrepancies And Investigate And Resolve Any Variances Or Issues.
- Assist In The Preparation Of Financial Statements, Reports, And Budgets.
- Maintain Accurate And Organized Financial Files And Documentation.
- Assist In Month-End And Year-End Closing Processes, Including Journal Entries And Reconciliations.
- Conduct Regular Audits Of Financial Data To Identify And Correct Errors Or Discrepancies.
- Support Payroll Processing Activities, Including Verifying Timekeeping Records And Ensuring Accurate Calculation Of Wages And Benefits.
- Assist In The Coordination Of External Audits And Provide Necessary Documentation And Support As Required.
- Collaborate With Other Departments And Team Members To Ensure Accurate And Timely Flow Of Financial Information.
- Stay Up To Date With Relevant Accounting Principles, Regulations, And Industry Best Practices.
- Assist In Implementing And Maintaining Internal Controls To Safeguard Financial Assets.
- Provide General Administrative Support To The Finance Department, Such As Filing, Data Entry, And Correspondence.
- Contribute To Process Improvements And Efficiencies Within The Accounting Function.
- Perform Other Duties And Ad-Hoc Projects As Assigned By The Finance Manager Or Senior Accountant.
