Job Summary: We Are Seeking A Detail-Oriented And Highly Organized Purchaser Administrator To Join Our Procurement Team. As A Purchaser Administrator, You Will Play A Vital Role In Supporting The Procurement Process By Ensuring Timely And Accurate Purchase Order Management, Vendor Coordination, And Inventory Control. Your Attention To Detail, Strong Organizational Skills, And Ability To Work Collaboratively With Internal Stakeholders And External Suppliers Will Contribute To The Efficient Operation Of Our Procurement Function.
- Bachelor’s Degree In Business, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
- Proven Experience In Purchasing, Procurement, Or Supply Chain Administration, Preferably In A Similar Industry.
- Strong Knowledge Of Procurement Principles, Practices, And Processes.
- Excellent Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines.
- Attention To Detail And Accuracy In Handling Purchase Orders, Invoices, And Contracts.
- Strong Negotiation And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Build Effective Relationships With Suppliers And Internal Stakeholders.
- Proficiency In Using Procurement Software And Systems.
- Analytical Mindset With The Ability To Analyze Data, Interpret Trends, And Make Data-Driven Decisions.
- Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Resolve Procurement-Related Issues Effectively.
- Knowledge Of Relevant Regulations, Laws, And Ethical Standards In Procurement.
- Strong Teamwork And Collaboration Skills.

- Professional Certification In Procurement Or Supply Chain Management Is A Plus.
Tanggungjawab
- Generate And Process Purchase Orders, Ensuring Accuracy Of Item Descriptions, Quantities, Pricing, And Delivery Details.
- Collaborate With Internal Departments To Understand Their Purchasing Needs And Requirements, And Ensure Timely Fulfillment Of Purchase Orders.
- Liaise With Suppliers To Obtain Quotes, Negotiate Prices, And Terms Of Delivery, And Manage Supplier Relationships.
- Maintain Accurate Records Of Purchase Orders, Invoices, And Contracts, And Ensure Proper Documentation For Auditing Purposes.
- Monitor Inventory Levels And Collaborate With Inventory Management Teams To Optimize Stock Levels And Prevent Shortages Or Excesses.
- Assist In Identifying Cost-Saving Opportunities And Implementing Procurement Strategies To Maximize Efficiency And Minimize Expenses.
- Coordinate With Receiving And Accounts Payable Departments To Resolve Any Discrepancies Or Issues Related To Deliveries Or Invoices.
- Conduct Periodic Supplier Performance Evaluations And Participate In Supplier Selection Processes To Ensure Quality And Reliability.
- Stay Updated On Market Trends, Pricing Fluctuations, And New Product Introductions In Order To Make Informed Purchasing Decisions.
- Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Such As Finance And Operations, To Align Procurement Activities With Organizational Goals And Objectives.
- Implement And Maintain Procurement Systems And Tools To Streamline Processes And Enhance Data Accuracy.
- Support The Development And Implementation Of Procurement Policies And Procedures To Ensure Compliance With Regulations And Company Guidelines.
- Provide Assistance In Managing Contracts And Negotiating Terms With Vendors And Service Providers.
