Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management / Administration / Business Studies or equivalent.
Minimum 1-3 years experience in related field.
Excellent command in English and able to speak Mandarin is added advantages.
A good team player and able to meet up tight deadlines and face-paced working.
Outstanding communication, presentation and documentation skills
Responsible in yearly manpower identification and ensure Recruitment Requisition Form (RRF) fill up by each department does not exceed the yearly Maximum Manpower Requisition (MMR) headcount.
Coordinate with different departments, engaging matter pertaining recruitment, manpower planning and work closely to understand their needs and requirement.
Responsible to assist recruitment process starting from sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, making job offers, pre-employment check-up arrangement and prepare employment contract and other new join document preparation such as door access system.
Explore, recommend new sourcing tools and record recruitment channel effectiveness.
Ensure that all hiring activities is complying with local labor laws and company policies.
Responsible for the administration, integration, implementation and maintenance of a HRMS, e-leave system (ESS) and employee personal data update.
Responsible for internal correspondence letter such as new join confirmation, staff promotion, certify employment, internal transfer notification.
Responsible to process staff claim on referral incentives program.
Responsible to arrange yearly medical check\up & typhoid injection arrangement
Others Ad-Hoc as and when required.
