Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management
- Must be well versed in Malaysia's Labor Law and Employment Act
- Able to speak Mandarin and English
- At least 4 years in HR Managerial role from information technology industry
- Possesses leadership and motivational/coaching skills
- Possesses own transport and willing to travel (if required)
Tanggungjawab
Job Description:
- Able to set up the whole HR department from scratch.
- Provide advice, support and guidance on all aspects of HR matters and employee relations including performance management, absence management, grievance handling, disciplinary action, and workplace dispute
- Review, create, improve and implement HR policies and framework
- Conduct periodic salary benchmarking and implement pay structure to align with the Company's job grading, job description and organizational structure
- Develop and build a robust organizational structure to tailor to the business growth and needs
- Establish succession planning to build and nurture talents
- Ensure compliance of the Employment Law on all HR matters including HR related matters
- Manage recruitment from placing job advertisement to hiring
- Payroll processing; and
- Ad hoc HR projects
Manfaat
Remuneration Package:
- Basic Salary: RM 10,000 (Subject to candidate’s experiences & last withdrawn salary)
