• Full-time role (stay-in required, accommodation provided)
• 6-day workweek
• 8-hour shifts
JOB DETAILS:
• Position: HOTEL SUPERVISOR
• Location: Mosque St, #8A, Singapore 059488
• Salary: $2,500
• Work Pass available for Malaysian candidates
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Staff Management:
• Supervise and coordinate front desk, housekeeping, and other hotel staff
• Train employees on procedures and service standards
• Create work schedules and ensure appropriate staffing
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and coaching
Operations Oversight:
• Ensure all departments meet operational standards
• Coordinate interdepartmental communication
• Conduct regular inspections of hotel areas
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures
Guest Services:
• Ensure guests receive high-quality service
• Handle escalated complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction
• Monitor feedback and develop improvement plans
Administrative Duties:
• Maintain and review operational reports and records
• Assist with inventory management and supply ordering
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
• Support budget preparation and cost control
Safety and Security:
• Enforce safety and security policies for guests and staff
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Respond to emergency situations per protocols
• Conduct safety training and drills
REQUIREMENTS:
Professional Experience:
• Hotel supervisory experience required
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in hotel property management systems
• Knowledge of front desk and housekeeping operations
Personal Attributes:
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Professional demeanor
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
