Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Inventory Executive/Warehouse Assistant to join our dynamic team in the Retail/Ecommerce industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.



Job Description:

• Manage and track inventory levels using advanced warehouse management systems

• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and stock replenishment

• Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy

• Assist in receiving, storing, and dispatching goods efficiently and safely



Job Requirements:

• Singaporean or Malaysian citizenship

• Strong attention to detail 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus

Flexible to work in rotational shift(most probably shift will be 1PM -10PM)
