About the Role:
We are looking for passionate and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team for a luxury boutique operation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with high-end fashion and engage with C-SUITE clientele in a premium retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations and ensure seamless customer experiences.
Deliver exceptional customer service while upholding the brand’s luxury image.
Handle client inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
Execute sales plans, marketing events, and promotional activities.
Provide valuable customer insights and feedback to store management.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in high-end fashion, luxury retail, or a similar role.
Strong customer service skills with a passion for luxury brands.
Interest in fashion and appreciation for high-quality products.
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
Team player with excellent communication skills and a pleasant demeanor.
