About the role

BON ESTATES SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to join our growing team in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur. As the Human Resource Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the people strategy and managing all aspects of human resource operations for our organisation. This is a full-time position with excellent opportunities for professional development and growth.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee relations
  • Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to support the company's strategic objectives
  • Manage the team of HR professionals and ensure the efficient delivery of HR services across the organisation
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify and address workforce planning needs
  • Lead the design and delivery of learning and development programmes to enhance employee skills and capabilities
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Analyse HR data and provide insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Contribute to the overall business strategy and champion a positive, engaged, and high-performing company culture
  • What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior human resource management role, preferably within the real estate or property development industry
  • Proven track record in leading a comprehensive HR function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proactive and strategic mindset, with the ability to identify and implement innovative HR solutions
  • Proficient in data analysis and the use of HR information systems
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
