Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform
• Build and maintain integrations between D365 and external systems using Microsoft Power BI and MSSQL SSRS
• Develop and implement C# plugins and JavaScript web resources for D365 customizations
• Gather requirements and write-up technical solutions for these requirements
• Provide technical documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions

Technical Requirements:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM customization and configuration
• C# and .NET development
• MS SQL Server and database management
• Web API implementation

Professional Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 development
• Proven experience in government sector projects
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Azure DevOps and CI/CD practices
• Java knowledge
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and/or Azure
• Background in financial services industry projects
